Thomas founded Osprey in 2023 after spending 16 years at Advent International, where he led Advent’s European Tech investment team.
At Osprey, Thomas is responsible for sourcing and executing new deals, guiding portfolio companies as an active board member, and shaping the firm’s strategic direction.
Prior to Advent, Thomas was an Analyst at UBS Investment Bank in New York. Thomas holds a BA from Harvard University.

Nick founded Osprey following 19 years with Advent International, where he co-led the firm’s Business & Financial Services team in Europe.
At Osprey, Nick is responsible for driving new investment opportunities, guiding portfolio companies, and leading the firm’s strategic direction.
Prior to Advent, Nick was a consultant at Bain & Company, where he gained valuable experience in private equity and strategic consulting, and the founder of 2 publishing start-ups. He holds an M.A. from Oxford University.

Robert Quirke is the CFO at Osprey. Robert joined the firm with 15 years of experience in private equity and venture capital. Before Osprey, Robert held senior roles as CFO at GTO Partners, Conduit Capital Partners, and C5 Capital. He began his career at KPMG and is a Chartered Accountant. Robert holds a B.Acc. and B.Comm from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.

António joined Osprey in 2024.
He began his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, followed by three years at Providence Equity Partners investing in the TMT and education sectors.
António holds a BSc in Economics from Nova SBE in Portugal, where he co-headed the undergraduate division of the Nova Investment Club.

Mr. Conde is an entrepreneur and a tech investor, board member and advisor. His principal focus is on helping SaaS companies scale. He has repeatedly been named by Institutional Investor as one of the top 40 Fintech investors and one of the top 50 technologists, globally. He is a senior advisor to Accel, 13books Capital, Nyca, and TPG.
Cris is a senior member of the Partnership for NYC’s FinTech Innovation Lab and is the Executive in Residence at the London FinTech Innovation Lab. His portfolio of private investments includes OpenGamma, the cloud-native risk management platform; Shift Technology, solutions for Insurance fraud detection and claims management; and Digital Asset, builder of Canton, the first privacy-enabled open blockchain network. Recent investments include IMTC, Jaid, Lab-1.io, and Nansen; recent exits include Calastone to The Carlyle Group, Duco Technology to Nordic Capital, and ErisX to the Cboe.
Cris co-founded Devon Systems, which specialized in risk management and recordkeeping systems for the interest rate and currency derivatives markets. After selling the business to SunGard, Mr. Conde grew it as a division of SunGard to $300 Million in revenues, and expanded its client base to include all fifty out of the fifty largest Banks in the world. Mr. Conde was promoted to President and CEO of SunGard in 1999 and ran it as a NYSE-listed public company for six years. In 2005 Cris partnered with seven private equity firms to take SunGard private in a transaction which, at $11B, was at the time the largest tech LBO ever.
Mr. Conde remained as CEO for the next six years, tripling the size of the firm. At the time of his departure in 2011, SunGard had revenues of $5.6 Billion, employed 26,000, ranked #380 on the Fortune 500 list, and was the largest privately-held business software and IT services company in the world.
Born in Santiago, Chile, Cris holds a B.Sc. in Astronomy and Physics from Yale University.
